We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee cost management services across complex construction programmes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering pre- and post-contract cost management, preparing detailed cost plans, estimates, and feasibility studies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Determine full pre- and post-contract financial management requirements.
2. Develop budget reports for stakeholders on timely basis.
3. Create multiple potential solutions to project execution challenges as they arise during the development phase of projects with optimal outcomes prioritised at all times.
4. Evaluate risk factors for portfolio group within client framework agreement boundaries before major infrastructure asset ownership transfer.
