We have over 1,200 employees globally and are currently looking for the newest member of our team.This role requires one day per week (Tuesday) in our Kilkenny HQ.Responsibilities:Proposals & RFP SupportAssist in coordinating responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQsHelp prepare client facing proposal documentsTrack submission timelines and ensure documents are delivered on timeContract & Document ManagementSupport the preparation and management of commercial agreementsHelp maintain an organised repository of documents and ensure records are up to dateFile all documentation in line with internal processesOther Commercial SupportProofread and review commercial documentation for accuracy and consistencySupport the creation of commercial, sales, and training materials as neededCollaborate with internal teams to ensure commercial tools (e.g., Salesforce, DocuSign, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo) are used effectivelyCarry out ad hoc tasks as required to support the wider commercial teamRequirementsRequirements:A bachelor's degree in business or a related fieldExperience with Salesforce is advantageous (desirable not essential)Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skillsAbility to prioritise and execute multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environmentSelf-motivated, proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.An exceptional attention to detail and a proactive attitudeHigh proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Excellent written and verbal communication skills in fluent EnglishBenefitsAt Fintua, we are a community of like-minded individuals committed to excellence in everything we do.
