Job DescriptionPublic and Regulatory Solicitor About Your New JobAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a Public and Regulatory Solicitor (2–3 years' PQE) to join a leading Dublin firm as part of their expanding Public and Regulatory team.You'll advise a broad range of professional and regulatory bodies on investigations, enforcement, disciplinary proceedings, and public law matters, gaining exposure to complex and high-profile cases. This role offers strong career progression, autonomy, and the chance to work within a collaborative, supportive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise regulatory and professional bodies on fitness to practice and disciplinary mattersPrepare and present cases before disciplinary committees, boards, and tribunalsAdvise on Superior Court litigation, including judicial review and statutory appealsProvide advice on statutory interpretation, regulatory powers, and compliance issuesManage competing priorities while maintaining excellent client service standardsAbout YouQualified Solicitor with 2–3 years' PQE in Public, Regulatory or Administrative LawExperience in litigation, particularly judicial review, is highly desirableExcellent drafting, research, and analytical skillsStrong communication and client relationship management skillsCommercially aware, proactive, and organised with strong attention to detailTeam player with the ability to manage a busy workload independentlyExperience in any of the following would be an advantage:Regulation of financial or technology service providersEU regulatory law (particularly in the financial or technology sectors)What's on OfferExposure to complex, high-profile regulatory and public law workSupportive and collaborative team environmentCompetitive salary and benefits packageHybrid working arrangementsExcellent career progression opportunitiesTo find out more or to apply, contact Amy Davis in confidence: |
