Due to continued growth, new contracts and an extensive pipeline of work, one of Irelands top Developer/Builders are hiring an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor who will be based out of their office in Limerick.
This developer/builder work on large-scale housing projects.

Duties: Assist the Managing Quantity Surveyor in ensuring successful delivery of all project commercial aspects Assist in procurement, appointment and management of specialist contracts (subcontracts &suppliers) through to final account agreement Assist in preparing accurate monthly progress accounts Support the preparation and assessment of interim and final valuations for progress payments Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and cost overruns Assist the pre-construction team in the delivery of tenders on occasion Develop and maintain strong working relationships with project teams Stay updated on industry trends, regulations etc Ad-hoc reporting/requests when required by direct line manager Requirements: A Level 8 degree in Quantity Surveying essential Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a similar role with a main contractor preferred Excellent IT skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook.
