**Site Project Manager**
About the Role
The successful candidate will oversee the safe and timely execution of works on a full site team, subcontractors, and associated personnel.
Key Responsibilities
* Day-to-day management of the site, including supervision and monitoring of the site labour force and subcontractors' work.
* Ensure works are delivered in the safest manner possible, with support from the Site Manager, EHS Advisor, and Contracts Manager, in accordance with all legislative requirements.
* Assist the Site Manager or Site Foreman in giving daily site briefings to the workforce prior to starting work, ensuring interface risks between subcontractors are safely managed.
* Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping.
* Report all safety incidents and/or accidents to the Safety Advisor & Company Directors in strict accordance with company protocols.
* Prepare method statements and risk assessments for construction activities as required.
Technical and Quality Expectations
* Carry out setting out and surveying activities for various building trades using robotic total station and dumpy level.
* Ensure the project is delivered snag free to the satisfaction of the Client.
* Coordinate and liaise with Contracts Manager, Site Engineers, and Services Coordinator to ensure timely and accurate information for all subcontractors and site personnel.
* Resolve unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise from revised details issued or situations as they arise on site.
Management Duties
* Act as a point of contact on site for day-to-day Client and designer liaison.
* Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce involved in the project to ensure timely and successful completion.
* Manage requisition process for all materials and plant on site.
* Familiarize yourself with contract documents supplied by the Client/architect.
* Monitor progress against the Contract Programme and escalate any delays or risk of delay to the Site Manager to mitigate.
