As we expand both online and in-store, we are looking for a creative, driven, and highly organised individual to take ownership of our social media presence, digital content, branding, and in-store promotional materials.
Role Overview
We are seeking a multi-skilled Social Media, Content & Marketing Specialist who will:
* Manage and grow our social media platforms
* Create high-quality visual and written content
* Design marketing materials for both online and in-store
* Drive brand consistency across all channels
* Support our expanding e-commerce presence
* Streamline in-store campaigns, signage, and promotional messaging

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
* Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
* Shoot and edit photos and videos for product features, promotions, and store events
* Respond to customer engagement and grow follower base
* Monitor analytics and report on performance
Content Creation
* Produce product-focused content including imagery, reels, short-form videos, and promotional graphics
* Develop weekly content calendars aligned with marketing goals
* Work with store teams to highlight new arrivals, offers, and seasonal campaigns
Marketing & Campaigns
* Assist in planning and executing online and in-store marketing campaigns
* Develop signage, POS displays, and in-store promotional materials
* Help manage email marketing campaigns
* Ensure consistency across all offline and online channels
Graphic Design
* Design posters, flyers, digital banners, and social media templates
* Maintain brand guidelines and visual style across platforms
Essential Skills & Experience
* Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
* Strong photography & videography skills, including editing
* Graphic design ability (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
* Strong writing skills for captions and marketing copy
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Desirable Skills (Advantageous)
* SEO knowledge and experience
* Shopify experience (product listings, content updates, online campaigns)
* Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
* Understanding of analytics and performance metrics
* Experience with e-commerce content optimisation
* Ability to create product demos or promotional videos
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: €90.00-€130.00 per day
