We're working with a leading tier 1 main contractor in their search for an experienced Health & Safety Advisor based in Limerick.

Responsibilities:
10. Conduct audits and inspections of workplaces as directed by the BU HSE Manager
11. Attend sites following accidents or incidents, assist with investigations, or lead investigations in the absence of the Project Director or HSE Manager
12. Support the HSE Manager in preparing Health and Safety reports for the BU MD
13. Alert the HSE Manager of any potential periods of inadequate Health and Safety coverage
14. Assist tender and prequalification teams with Health and Safety advice and practical solutions as needed
15. Participate in start-up meetings with your line manager and site teams
16. Attend supply chain meetings when requested
17. Deliver appropriate Health and Safety training to ensure compliance and promote safety awareness
Requirements:
18. IOSH/NEBOSH qualification preferred, but not mandatory
19. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry
20. At least 3 years of experience as a Health and Safety professional
21. Experience with temporary works
22. Experience as an internal auditor
23. Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and performance management experience
