Overview:
An exciting opportunity for a Digitalization & Audio Visual Engineer to lead engineering digitization initiatives and manage site-wide AV and collaboration systems. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional passionate about digital transformation, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support engineering digitization projects, including CMMS enhancements, dashboard development, and workflow automation.
* Design and implement digital workflows using low/no-code platforms; automate notifications and approval processes.
* Collaborate with data analytics teams to integrate AI tools and support digital engineering goals.
* Build and maintain dashboards with actionable KPIs (e.g., maintenance compliance, asset health, downtime) using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel Power Query.
* Own and manage the site's AV readiness program for audits and inspections, including pre-audit checks, live support, and post-event reviews.
* Develop SOPs, quick-reference guides, and standards for AV systems, digital workflows, and remote audit protocols.
* Monitor AV system performance, user satisfaction, and digitization KPIs; drive continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.
* Troubleshoot and resolve AV/digital system issues; coordinate incident response and root cause analysis.
* Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards relevant to engineering and manufacturing operations.

* Hands-on experience with AV/collaboration technologies (e.g., Teams/Zoom Rooms, microphones, cameras, DSPs, displays, room booking systems, digital signage).
* Strong documentation skills for SOPs, standards, training materials, and technical reports.
* Experience leading or supporting safety, quality, and reliability programs.

Education & Background
* Degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronic, Computer/Software, or Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering (with digital or Lean focus).
* 3–5 years of experience in AV systems or engineering digitization within a regulated or mission-critical environment preferred.
* Recent graduates with strong internships or project experience will also be considered.
