We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist for a 12 month contract who will play a critical role in providing strategic and operational support across our four global offices.
Serving as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, this role ensures the effective execution of HR strategies, the consistent application of policies and the delivery of high-quality HR services.

What You'll Do
Provide strong day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers across our four office locations
Support and coach managers to ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies
Manage employee relations cases end-to-end (disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance)
Support recruitment activity including job specs, advertising, and interview coordination
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Irish and UK employment legislation, ensuring all HR practices remain compliant with statutory obligations.
Monitor absence trends and support wellbeing and return-to-work processes
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment legislation
Lead HR reporting and manage ongoing HR projects and process improvements
Manage HR operational processes including compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
Lead continuous improvement of HR policies and practice
Assist with performance review cycles and goal alignment.
Proactively identify legal or operational risks and develop appropriate mitigation solutions
Who You Are
4-5 year's experience in a HR Generalist or HR Operations role across Ireland and UK.
CIPD Accreditation
Strong understanding of core HR processes and best practice
Strong, hands-on experience managing complex employee relations cases
Good working knowledge of Irish & UK employment law
Familiarity with HR systems and data management
Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Proactive, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Experience in a standalone role with full ownership of the HR function desired
