Job Description:
The role of Corporate Support Specialist involves providing administrative support to senior management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings and events, and coordinating travel arrangements. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
* Manage calendars and schedules for senior management team
* Schedule meetings and events, and coordinate logistics
* Coordinate travel arrangements and make reservations as needed
* Provide general administrative support, including data entry and filing
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive assistants and other teams
Requirements:
This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 2-5 years' experience in an administrative role
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Demonstrated success in building strong relationships with stakeholders
