Requirements:
* A minimum of 12 months experience in handling car, home, or van insurance enquiries is required.
* The successful candidate must hold an Approved Product Adviser (APA) qualification in Personal General Insurance or be progressing towards it.
* Excellent energy, drive, communication, and a commitment to customer service are essential for this role.
