Opportunity
Our client is seeking to appoint an experienced Tax Manager to join their growing tax team in North Dublin. This is a strong opportunity for a technically capable and commercially minded tax professional looking to take ownership of a client portfolio while working closely with Partners on both compliance and advisory matters.
Role
The Tax Manager will play a key role in delivering high-quality tax services across a varied corporate client base. The position offers a balanced mix of compliance, advisory, team development and client relationship management within a progressive and fast‑paced practice environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and control the delivery of tax compliance engagements for review by Partners
Oversee a diverse portfolio of corporate tax clients across multiple industry sectors
Provide practical input on tax planning strategies and advisory projects
Support workflow planning, staff allocation, and management of deadlines
Mentor, train, and develop junior team members and apprentices
Build and maintain long‑term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
Work closely with senior management to support the continued growth of the tax function
About You
CTA qualified (essential)
Strong technical tax knowledge with the ability to identify planning opportunities
Previous experience in a Tax Manager or strong Tax Senior role within practice
Confident communicator with a collaborative and client‑focused approach
Proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
