Responsibilities:
* Manage the delivery of projects secured by the practice
* Develop and enhance service delivery methodologies, tools and systems
* Conduct research, data collection and benchmarking
* Create detailed cost estimates and cost plans
* Draft procurement documentation and prepare detailed bills of quantities and measurement of construction
* Analyse tenders and create tender reports
* Negotiate financially significant or complex matters
* Monitor costs and conduct interim valuations
* Prepare monthly reports and analyse numbers for final accounts
* Write reports for clients and resolve construction disputes
* Ensure internal quality controls and allocate resources efficiently
