Administrator (Property) Dublin 6W Full-Time | Permanent | Onsite Lex Consultancy is delighted to partner with a rapidly growing property company to hire an Administrator for their dynamic and collaborative office in Dublin 6. This is a full-time, permanent role requiring attendance onsite five days a week. We are looking for a motivated professional with 12 years experience in a busy office environment, eager to contribute to one of Irelands leading property companies. Key Responsibilities: Manage diaries and calendars efficiently Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and photographers, booking appointments as required Draft and issue letters using standard templates Maintain and update all paperwork accurately Produce, manage, and store documents, including reports Respond to and log lettings queries Organise and manage property viewings Support reception duties: handle phone calls, distribute messages, and flag urgent matters Provide general administrative support Key Skills & Experience: 12 years experience in administration and reception Experience in the property sector is an advantage Strong customer service skills with a professional phone manner Excellent written and verbal English Proficiency in MS Office If you are enthusiastic, organised, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced property environment, we would love to hear from you!
