About the Role:
* The successful candidate will support the entire student recruitment process, from initial application to onboarding.
* They will work closely with the Student Recruitment team and business units to identify, attract, and engage university talent.
* This role requires strong analytical and organizational skills to manage large volumes of data and ensure accurate recruitment and hiring information.
* Budgeting, forecasting, and analysis will be key components in informing decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver graduate and undergraduate recruitment programs aligned with our strategic goals.
* Screen applicants, maintain accurate documentation, and assist in talent attraction strategies.
* Promote open roles via professional networks, build relationships with career offices, and represent the organization at careers fairs.
Requirements:
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, excellent communication, and analytical abilities.
* Strong commercial awareness, project management skills, and public speaking experience.
* Ability to work under pressure, lead others through change, and demonstrate resilience.
