Job Purpose: To professionally lead the care team during any span of duty, ensuring that a safe, effective and efficient care service is maintained that meets the needs of residents.
We currently have full‑time positions for Health Care Assistants at Nenagh Manor Nursing Home (Yewston, Nenagh, Co Tipperary E45 K280).
Roles and Responsibilities
* Implement personalized care plans to enhance residents' quality of life.
* Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork and integrated care.
* Create a supportive atmosphere, tailoring services to residents' preferences and needs.
* Provide personal assistance with a commitment to comfort, hygiene, and safe practices.
* Engage residents.
Desired Qualifications
* FETAC Level 5 modules in Care of the Elderly (preferred).
* Patient Moving and Manual Handling training.
* At least 1 year experience as Healthcare Assistant (preferred).
Essential Qualities

Salary
Minimum €30,000 per year (based on a minimum 39‑hour week).
