Job Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Building Energy Specialist to support the delivery of our renewable energy projects. * Carrying out surveys, energy audits, and technical assessments of domestic properties to ensure compliance with building regulations. * Evaluating existing buildings, advising on remedial works, and supporting the design teams to achieve high-quality, energy-efficient installations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in conducting feasibility studies, inspecting buildings for flaws, and drafting scheme designs. * Meeting with clients to discuss project plans and construction requirements. * Inspecting existing buildings for defects and advising on necessary repairs. * Conducting energy engineering calculations and quality assessments on energy efficient works. * Drafting reports and coordinating with subcontractors on site.
