Job Opportunity for Team Leader
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to fill the role of Team Leader in our residential respite service.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Residential Services Manager in the day-to-day management and delivery of a high-quality, HIQA-compliant service, while leading and motivating a dedicated staff team.

Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
1. Minimum level 7 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent recognised qualification)
2. Hold a full, clean driving licence for a minimum of 2 years
3. Experience working in HIQA-registered residential or respite services
4. Proven experience in staff supervision and team leadership in a similar setting
