The
Supply Chain – Logistics – Coordinator
is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the flow of goods, information, and materials across the supply chain to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective delivery. This role serves as the key point of contact between suppliers, transport providers, warehouses, and internal departments, ensuring operational continuity and alignment with company objectives. The Coordinator contributes to supply chain performance by managing logistics processes, supporting inventory control, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include coordinating shipments, tracking orders, and ensuring accurate documentation for inbound and outbound deliveries. The Coordinator monitors inventory levels, assists with demand planning, and ensures materials and products are delivered according to quality, cost, and timing requirements. They will also handle logistics administration such as preparing shipping and customs documentation, scheduling carriers, and resolving delivery issues. Additionally, the role involves analyzing logistics data, identifying process inefficiencies, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing performance, cost, and sustainability.

Qualifications:
 * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
 * 2–5 years of experience in logistics coordination, supply chain operations, or transportation management.
 * Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including warehousing, transportation, and procurement.
 * Proficiency in ERP or supply chain software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
 * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
 * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
 * Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
 * Problem-solving mindset with the capacity to handle urgent or complex logistical issues.
 * Familiarity with import/export regulations, customs procedures, and trade compliance.
 * Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within cross-functional teams.
