The Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage bookings, communicate updates, and process invoicing and service documentation.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage customer bookings, enquiries, and service scheduling
* Be the main point of contact for customers during the service process
* Communicate updates on progress, costs, and completion timelines
* Ensure accurate job cards and technician notes
* Process invoicing and service documentation
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous motor trade experience is essential
* Experience using workshop management software
* Knowledge of fleet management systems is a distinct advantage
* Experience with RFM Blue Crystal is beneficial but not required
* Experience with HGVs is advantageous
