KeyResponsibilities: PerformdetailedSAPdataanalysisforperiodicreportingandon- demand as required. Prepare and deliver a comprehensive PSO reporting pack forkeyinternal and external stakeholders. Collaboratewith theFinanceManagementteamto collectand consolidate forecast, planning, and budgeting data for PSO activities. Supportmeetingpreparationandmanagediariesto ensure smooth coordination within the Finance team. Reviewandassessthefinancialimpactofproposedservice enhancements. Conduct periodic reviews of key business changes impacting PSO activity and provide actionable insights. Monitor operational data to identify changes in duties or Key Metrics (KM) by route not officially acknowledged. Periodically review advertisingpostings by product to assess financial impact. GatherandreviewoperationalcostsforOPEX- funded projects, such as Next Generation AVL, Ticketing, and Travel Assistance. Reviewcustomercaresupportcostsperiodicallytoensureaccuracy in reporting. KeySkillsand Knowledge: A relevantfinance qualificationand provenexperience in a comparable financial analysis role, with strong proficiency in financial reporting, data analysis, and the use of financial software and tools. StrongknowledgeofSAPfordataanalysis,financialreporting,andextractingkeyfinancial information for PSO activities. ProficientinadvancedExcelfordataanalysisandreporting.StrongskillsinMSOffice,with solid IT skills for navigating financial software. Abilitytoanalysefinancialdata,identifytrends,andprovideactionableinsightstosupport decision-making. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast- paced environment. Stronganalytical and problem-solvingskillsto identifyissues, propose solutions,and make recommendations for improvement. Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskillstoeffectivelyinteractwithstakeholders both internally and externally. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data collection, cost allocation, and reporting. Strong focus on ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high standards in all financial reporting, data analysis, and cost management tasks, with a commitment to continuous improvement and attention to detail.
