Electrical Engineer Role
This position offers a unique opportunity to work on multi-discipline construction projects in Ireland, alongside experienced site engineers.
* Setting out of works and dimensional control is crucial for project success
* Assisting in testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of electrical systems is essential
* Resolving technical problems at all levels requires strong analytical skills
* Ensuring drawings and specification documents contain sufficient information for construction is vital
Main responsibilities include:
* Carrying out inspections in accordance with the Inspection and Test Plan is key
* Producing survey information and red-lined drawings for As-built records is important
* Ensuring safe activities in accordance with the Project Safety Plan is mandatory
Requirements are as follows:
* A degree in Electrical Engineering or completion by September 2026 is required
* Construction experience is desirable
* Problem-solving skills are essential
* Team working skills are necessary
* Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel are expected
Additionally, requirements include:
* A full Irish driving license due to project locations
* Eligibility to work in Ireland with a valid work permit if applicable
