As a Scrum master you'll guide two cross-functional development teams building scalable microservices and cloud solutions. Your focus will be on optimising Agile processes, facilitating delivery, and helping teams stay aligned with business goals.
You'll work closely with engineering, product, and platform teams to ensure blockers are removed quickly, delivery remains predictable, and communication is seamless across departments.
Responsibilities
1. Coach teams on Agile principles and practical delivery techniques.
2. Facilitate all core ceremonies: planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retros.
3. Help maintain well-prioritised, actionable backlogs in close partnership with Product Owners.
4. Identify risks and delivery obstacles, ensuring timely resolution.
5. Use Agile metrics to improve team performance and delivery flow.
6. Advocate for engineering excellence, continuous integration, and DevOps best practices.
7. Support a psychologically safe and motivated team environment.
Requirements
8. 4+ years of experience in a dedicated Scrum Master or Agile Delivery role.
9. Proven ability to guide software teams using Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models.
10. Strong understanding of backend systems development (preferably Java or similar), Agile tooling, and CI/CD practices.
11. Experience working with cloud platforms and modern software delivery pipelines.
12. Confident communicator with strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
13. Certified in Agile delivery (. CSM, PSM I, SAFe, .
