We are seeking a key professional for our service operations in County Kerry. This role involves managing an engineering services team of 12 people, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, meeting performance targets, and maintaining compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading the Service Team
* Maintain high-performance levels of service-related processes and implement improvements where necessary
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
* Responsible for Service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations and driving future demand
* Delivery of Service improvements, ensuring actions are implemented on time
* Effective People Management, including staff recruitment, performance appraisals, training, and mentoring
Requirements include: qualification in Engineering or business, minimum 2+ years experience leading services businesses, preferably within Engineering, IT, Service, or Medical Devices industries, and strong leadership skills.
Service Delivery Performance
As a leader, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, driving growth, and improving our operational efficiency. You will lead a team of 12 professionals who will work together to achieve our goals.
