The Role
We're on the hunt for an Assistant Floor Manager who loves people, thrives in a busy environment, and knows how to keep a team motivated and smiling — even during the dinner rush
You'll be the go-to person on the floor, helping the manager lead the team, keep service running smoothly, and make sure every guest leaves happy (and probably full of wings).
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting the Restaurant Manager in running day-to-day front-of-house operations
* Leading, motivating, and training the FOH team to deliver top-notch service
* Keeping things flowing smoothly between the dining area, bar, and kitchen
* Jumping in wherever needed — hosting, checking tables, handling guest queries
* Ensuring the restaurant looks its best and runs by all safety and hygiene standards
* Helping with staff schedules and service planning
* Turning guest feedback into great experiences
* Promoting specials, upselling (naturally), and keeping the fun energy going
* Supporting delivery and takeaway services when needed
What We're Looking For
* Experience in a supervisory or assistant management role (ideally in hospitality or restaurants)
* A people person with strong leadership and communication skills
* Someone who stays cool under pressure and keeps the team upbeat
* Organised, reliable, and hands-on
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
* A genuine passion for great food, good service, and creating memorable moments
