Each JoJo store is unique with its own layout and character. Our unique selling point is the relationships we build with our customers, many of whom are loyal to our brand and local store teams. You’ll be the face of JoJo, providing a fantastic level of customer care and service that we are renowned for and uphold. You’ll guide, inform, and assist customers in choosing from our large range of clothing and products.
As we move into a digital retail world, offering an Omni-Channel customer service experience is expected to build customer loyalty. We uphold B Corp principles in all we do.
A Peek Into Your Daily Adventures
* Assisting customers in diverse situations, from maternity wear inquiries to demonstrating a baby carrier for parents.
* Preparing Omni-Channel orders.
* Liaising with customers in store or by phone on Omni-Channel orders.
* Using our digital or virtual learning platforms to continuously develop knowledge and retail skills.
* Embracing new product knowledge to increase sales opportunities.
* Actively listening to customers’ needs and identifying the best solution for them.
* Maintaining a tidy, immaculate store appearance.
Typical Schedule
A typical week would be 3 x 4 hour shifts; however, flexibility is required in line with store requirements.
Skills That Make You Shine
* Previous retail, customer service and sales experience
* Competent IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
* Ability to learn and retain product information and communicate it effectively
* Self-development mindset and curiosity to learn new products independently
* Ability to demonstrate a level of sales ability with active listening, empathy, and an understanding of customer needs
* Ability to work harmoniously within a small team
* Flexibility to work in a retail environment with stores open 7 days a week
* Keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining store standards
