Regulatory Compliance & Sustainability Lead Morgan Mc Kinley is delighted to be partnering with a leading Irish Financial Services organisation to appoint a Senior Compliance professional to oversee the regulatory compliance and sustainability agenda across all third-party arrangements.
We are seeking a candidate with strong experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, or sustainability within the Irish or EU financial sector.
A deep understanding of outsourcing and ESG regulatory frameworks, along with experience engaging with the Central Bank of Ireland or other supervisory authorities, is essential.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capability, advanced analytical and critical-thinking skills, and the ability to influence and communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders.
Proven experience developing high-performing teams is highly desirable.
In this role, you will: Design, strengthen, and maintain the Third Party Risk Management governance framework.
Oversee regulatory horizon scanning, identifying emerging requirements and industry best practices, and evaluating their implications for the TPRM framework.
Ensuring TPRM practices remain compliant with regulatory changes and aligned with recognised standards.
Manage regulatory inspections, coordinating submissions, and preparing responses to information requests from the Central Bank of Ireland and other authorities.
Embed ESG considerations into all stages of the third-party life cycle, including on boarding, due diligence, and ongoing oversight.
