About The Role:
We\u2019re excited to invite applications for the role of Compliance Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity for team members who want to develop their skills in a multi-purpose cross-functional role. The purpose of this role is to work in ensuring that the Company maintains the high standards in meeting its regulatory commitments across multiple areas including Consumer Protection, Data Protection, internal and external Audit. This is an individual contributor role supporting our talented team members to deliver excellence in role.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
* Conducting weekly, monthly and quarterly reports across all areas of the business from admin, front lines, New Business and Renewals. Meeting deadlines for reporting.
* Drafting, managing and distributing audit reports to team managers.
* Organising, monitoring, accounting for the distribution of INSE-COM Certificates across the main office and the branches.
* Monitoring and managing all spoilt Certificates on a weekly basis. Ensuring all certificates are accounted for.
* Manage INSE-COM Certificate Audits ensuring all certs are accounted for and spoilt certificates are documented and returned.
* Aiding in pulling and reviewing call & files for Insurer audits.
* Action and respond to daily and weekly Insurer Requests.
* Aiding in pulling and responding to call recording requests.
* Pull and analyse reports to monitor differential pricing.
* Aiding in reviewing, managing and responding to Customer Complaints.
* Aid in drafting, organising and delivering compliance training.
* Aid in risk assessments and managing actions to address identified risks.
* *Additional Ad hoc Compliance Task and Business analysis tasks to be completed as required.
About You
We are seeking someone who:
* Has a strong ethical character with a strong sense of confidentiality.
* Is a detailed oriented and accurate person.
* Possesses strong organisational skills and can manage completing multiple tasks to strict timeframes.
* Is proficient in MS office Suite.
* Has good Knowledge of Consumer Protection, Data Protection and other regulatory requirements.
* Has knowledge of Applied systems and insurance transactions.
* Is self-driven, enthusiastic and focused on completing assigned tasks.
* Is a good communicator and is comfortable working with multiple teams and functions in the business.
* Can analyse problems and deliver solutions.
