Come and join SimpleStudy. The fastest growing edtech app with over 300k students using the app globally and we are looking for an exceptional Sales Lead to come and own the school sales market in Ireland. We've partnered with 7 schools so far and achieved a 50% conversion rate in this market, proving there's real demand for what we do. Now we need an outstanding sales person to come and help us reach every school in the country.
The Role
You'll own the entire Irish schools market. This means building relationships with principals, teachers, and decision-makers across Ireland, running the complete sales process from first contact to ongoing support. The role will include cold calling, cold emails, building campaigns, in-person school visits, pipeline management. Pretty much every avenue of selling will be a part of your day to day.
You'll work closely with our Head of Sales who has been paving the way for Sales in Ireland for the last 3 months, but this role is about taking ownership of this market. We've proven it works - now we need someone who can scale it.
What You'll Do
* Build relationships with schools across Ireland through online meetings and face-to-face visits
* Cold call schools to get to decision makers
* Create your own email campaigns
* Work cross functionally with marketing and growth teams
* Run the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and account management
* Provide ongoing customer success to ensure schools get maximum value
* Stay connected with the Irish education landscape and identify new opportunities
Who You Are
Experience required:
* SaaS sales experience (EdTech experience/selling to Irish schools is a bonus!)
* Track record of exceeding expectations in previous sales roles
* Full sales cycle experience from prospecting to deal close (any customer success experience is also a bonus)
* Valid driver's license for traveling across Ireland as needed
