Healthcare Catering Chef - Dublin 6 Join a busy facility in Dublin 6 as a Healthcare Catering Chef. This hands-on role supports patient nutrition and well-being through freshly prepared meals. Ideal for experienced chefs with healthcare or high-volume kitchen backgrounds. Responsibilities: Prepare and present nutritious meals that meet dietary requirements. Lead and support kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures. Monitor meal quality, portion control, and presentation. Manage inventory, procurement, and food storage. Support menu planning in line with nutritional guidelines. Ensure cleanliness and compliance across kitchen areas. Requirements: QQI Level 6 in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification. Proven experience in a healthcare or large-scale catering environment. Knowledge of HACCP and cook-chill processes. Legal Right to Work in Ireland and Garda Vetting clearance. Full drivers licence is desirable. Ability to provide 5 years of work references. Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills. Flexibility for weekday and weekend shifts as per rota. Salary & Benefits: €20.29/hour, with Double Pay on Sundays & Bank Holidays.
