Procurement Specialist for Customer Marketing
We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading the development of procurement strategies and driving cost savings across customer marketing initiatives.
About the Role
This is an agile role within the wider Global Customer Procurement team covering point of sale, experiential, value-added packaging, and strategic A&P investment in service of commercial (sales) strategy and customer.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in procurement, commercial, finance, marketing or other relevant roles, with a strong understanding of business requirements, targets, and financial goals.
Key responsibilities include:
* Contribute towards accelerating target delivering productivity savings targets and establishing a pipeline of value for future years across customer A&P.
* Achieve free cash flow by identifying cash opportunities across customer A&P and developing a robust cash delivery pipeline for future years.
* Drive an optimised shape of customer A&P to maximise growth and performance by reducing areas of inefficient and ineffective spend leveraging investment insights, data, and strategy specifically across the shopper '10'.
The ideal candidate will be skilled at building partnerships, both externally with agencies and suppliers, and internally with business partners/commercial/marketing team members.
They will also have a proven track record of generating insights to influence decision-making, with strong analytical, financial, and commercial awareness.
