The position of Project Site Coordinator is open for a skilled professional to manage and coordinate the site labour force and specialist subcontractors. This role involves working with the project team to monitor progress and meet agreed programme targets, delivering works to the highest possible quality standards, and ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate site activities and ensure effective communication among teams
* Monitor progress against project milestones and identify potential delays
* Manage site resources, including labour and equipment, to optimize productivity
* Ensure adherence to Health and Safety protocols and company policies
* Maintain positive relationships and culture on the ground
Requirements:
* Previous experience in main contractor projects, preferably in large-scale operations
* Third-level qualification or relevant trade background
* Excellent knowledge of trades and IT skills, including Microsoft software
