As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within our sports department.

Your main objective will be to provide personalized service to every customer, ensuring they have an enjoyable shopping experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of our product range and current promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer service, engaging with customers to offer them the best products for their needs and optimize sales.
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including current promotions and stock levels.
* Play an active role in achieving our sustainability goals, adhering to all policies and initiatives implemented.
* Operate our store tools effectively, including Assisted Selling, Safesize, e-receipts, and radio systems.
* Maintain a clean, tidy, and easily navigable store and support areas.
* Replenish stock, ensure shelves, rails, fixtures, and displays are at a high standard, and assist with deliveries and stock handling.
* Monitor potential shoplifters and follow security guidelines to deter theft and protect stock.
* Take responsibility for your personal development and actively seek opportunities for improvement.
* Operate the till and handle financial transactions efficiently.
* Demonstrate a commitment to providing a great last impression to our customers.
* Carry out other duties as required.
