Maintain accurate records and manage your pipeline using our recruitment database.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as a recruitment consultant or specialist recruiter.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Results-driven, with a passion for meeting and exceeding goals.
A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or recruitment software.
Salary and Benefits
Base salary of €40,000 - €45,000, with uncapped commission.
First-year on-target earnings (OTE) expected to exceed €55,000+.
