Job Title: Recruitment and Compliance Manager Reports to: Managing Director and Nurse Manager Type: Full Time / 39 Hours Per Week Location:4 Heron Road, Belfast, BT3 9 LE Salary: £35,000 Staffing Responsibilities: Recruitment Coordinators Lucas Love Healthcare are recruiting a Recruitment and Compliance Manager to join our team.

The Recruitment and Compliance Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the recruitment team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services and maintaining the ongoing compliance of candidates Benefits On-site parking Option to work from home 1 day per week Birthday Holiday Main Duties and Responsibilities Effectively manage and coach a team of recruitment coordinators.

Ensure full compliance with employment law and sector specific regulations.

Recruitment of nurses and healthcare workers to fulfil the needs of our clients.

Creating and placing advertisements using online platforms to effectively advertise the business.

Pre-screen candidates before their interview for suitability and conduct interviews.

Overseeing the recruitment of candidates, completing the registration,identification and national insurance checks, verification of qualifications, Access NI checks and right to work.

Ensure ongoing candidate compliance, including the coordination and scheduling of required training updates.

To assist the Managing Director and Nurse Manager in ensuring the quality of the service and ensure the Agency meets the RQIA guidelines.

To assist with HR matters including investigations, disciplinary and performance management.

To schedule posts for social media platforms and updating the website.

Assist with collating information relating to tender applications On call duties To complete annual appraisals NISCC endorsements Completing references / employment letters for staff Permanent Recruitment Applicants will be required to demonstrate that they can Work in a fast paced, high energy team environment Enjoy building relationships with Clients and agency professionals alike Be detail orientated and have high standards of professionalism Have knowledge of the Northern Ireland Healthcare Sector Use computerised booking systems, proficiency in Microsoft word and excel.

Excellent communication skills Prioritise workload and ensure you are working to an effective day plan Driven and strong work ethic with an ability to take direction.

Excellent communication skills both written and oral.

Desirable criteria Third level degree/ qualification in relevant area Prior experience working in the Healthcare sector Closing date for applications 19th June
