We're looking for an experienced
AI Engineer
to join our client on a contract basis to design, build, and deploy
production-grade LLM solutions
. This role is hands-on and delivery-focused, ideal for someone who has taken real-world AI systems from concept to production.
This role role requires candidates to have a valid EU Passport or Stamp 4 visa, Contractors are also expected on site up to 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered applications in production environments
* Develop scalable AI services using Python and/or .NET
* Apply data mining and data processing techniques to extract insights from large, complex datasets
* Integrate LLMs with existing systems, APIs, and data pipelines
* Optimize model performance, reliability, and cost in real-world use cases
* Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Required Experience
* Proven real-world experience with LLMs, including production deployment (not just experimentation)
* Strong development experience in Python or .NET
* Solid background in data mining, data analysis, and feature engineering
* Experience building, testing, and maintaining production systems
* Strong understanding of software engineering best practices
Preferred Experience
* Experience with the Microsoft technology stack (e.g., Azure, .NET, SQL Server, Power BI, Azure AI services)
* Familiarity with cloud-based AI architectures
* Experience working in contract or delivery-focused roles
Nice to Have
* Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, and monitoring AI systems
* Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
