Our client are a well-established business in the retail sector who are looking for a bookkeeper to join their team.
Role – Bookkeeper
This role is a general role within a busy Finance function, some of the duties involve:
* All areas of managing creditors
* Debtor management
* Processing payroll
* Reconciliations
* Preparation of key metrics
* Manage bank accounts
* Management of overheads and cost control
* Assist with preparation and filing of statutory accounts and other statutory returns
* Ad-hoc projects and general office support
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have the following skills or experience:
* Relevant experience in a broad role in a Finance team
* Ability to work to tight deadlines
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong communicator
* Self-motivating and able to work on own initiative
