This role will act as the "front door" for the team, improving communication across different business and technical functions while contributing to critical data engineering initiatives. You will work with modern data platforms, support analytics workflows, and play a key role in delivering AI/AML projects.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical data engineering team.Develop, maintain, and optimise data pipelines in Redshift, Airflow, dbt, and Flink.Support AI/AML initiatives using SageMaker and Python.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data integration and accessibility.Assist in implementing best practices for data quality, governance, and documentation.Participate in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of data systems.Required Experience & SkillsProven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar mid-to-senior technical role.Hands-on experience with Redshift, Airflow, dbt, and Flink.Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/AML projects.Experience with large-scale data pipelines, data aggregation, and transformation.Excellent communication skills to interact effectively across business and technical teams.Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Nice to HaveExperience with SageMaker or other cloud-based ML platforms.Prior experience acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.Knowledge of data governance, best practices, and security standards in a regulated environment.
