We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile projects within a dynamic and well-established organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all commercial and contractual aspects of assigned projects, preparing cost plans, valuations, variations, and final accounts. They will also support project delivery teams with cost control and procurement, liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
To be successful in this role you will need:
* A degree in quantity surveying or related discipline;
* Proven experience as a project QS within construction (main contractor experience preferred);
