Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: North Dublin Company Type: Residential Developer Salary: €100,000 €120,000 + package (DOE) Job Type: Permanent Senior Quantity Surveyor Residential Developer | North Dublin Our client, a well-established residential developer with a strong pipeline of over 1,400 units being built, they are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in North Dublin.
This is a key role supporting the commercial delivery of major residential developments, initially focused on two main sites in Dublin, with further large-scale projects commencing later this year.
Responsibilities - Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of residential developments from pre-construction through delivery.
- Prepare and manage budgets, cost plans, forecasts and valuations.
- Procure and manage subcontractor packages, including tender analysis and appointments.
- Oversee cost control, variations, payments and final accounts.
- Work closely with project managers, site teams and senior management to ensure commercial objectives are achieved.
- Provide commercial reporting and risk management across multiple live projects.
- Support strategic planning for future project pipeline delivery.
Requirements - Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
- 10+ years experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally with a developer or main contractor.
- Strong residential experience preferred; civils/infrastructure experience also of interest.
- Excellent knowledge of contracts, cost management and subcontract procurement.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage multiple project packages.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
