Operational Excellence Manager

As an Operational Excellence Manager, you will act as a trusted partner to Enterprise Account Executives, fostering sales excellence through streamlined processes, visibility into the pipeline, and actionable insights.
Pipeline Performance Management & Forecasting
* Monitor the enterprise sales pipeline in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) for accuracy across all opportunity stages.
* Support win/loss analysis and reporting to inform strategic adjustments.
Process Enhancement
* Champion CRM hygiene and process adherence throughout the sales organization.
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to optimize processes and resolve blockers.
Business Insights & Analytics
* Generate and analyze dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and Piton to provide data-driven insights to sales leadership.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business management, or enterprise sales support.
