Person in Charge Job Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Person in Charge to lead our Residential Service at The Bridge, Kilcullen, Co. Kildare.
This is a permanent full-time position with 40 hours of work per week and a competitive salary range of €52,168 - €64,000 per annum (plus on-call allowance).
As Person in Charge, you will have the opportunity to work as part of a committed team in a leading national organisation, providing collaborative and learning work environments.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the residential service and manage a team of professionals.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to improve service delivery.
* Maintain high standards of care and support for residents.
Requirements:
* Minimum of a Level 7 qualification on the QQI Framework in Social Care Studies, Social Care Management or equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care.
* Postgraduate qualification in Social Care Management or Management Qualification ideal.
* At least 3 years of senior management experience at a similar level of responsibility, including demonstrable experience in strategic planning.
* At least 5 years of experience in the health/social care or voluntary sector.
* Competencies and skills appropriate to working with persons with an intellectual disability.
