A leading developer in the midlands area is seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee the construction of new build houses on a 3-4 year project.

The successful candidate will have experience managing residential/housing projects, coordinating with design teams, and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols.
The ideal candidate will possess strong trade skills (joinery/carpentry preferred) or a degree in Construction Management. A minimum of 5 years' experience working on large housing developments in Ireland is required. Additionally, they must be able to effectively manage site programmes and schedules, coordinate multiple subcontractors, and possess excellent IT skills.
