We are seeking a highly skilled Duty Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities include:

* Leading a team of Food & Beverage Assistants and completing relevant training with new and existing team members.
* Managing customer feedback to ensure matters are dealt with in an efficient and courteous manner and reported to Senior Management to drive continuous improvements.
* Maximising sales through upselling and excellent customer service.
