We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Director to oversee quality oversight for prospective businesses, specifically IOA and Housecalls. This role focuses on enhancing the end-to-end quality audit and control framework, connecting feedback and actions across functions, and driving continuous improvement and remediation.
This position plays a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services by developing and implementing comprehensive quality audit and control frameworks. The Associate Director will conduct regular quality audits, ensure adherence to established standards, and identify areas for improvement. Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential in this role to drive quality improvements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies, as well as experience in conducting quality audits and implementing control frameworks. They should be able to analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Audit and Control Framework:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive quality audit and control framework for IOA and Housecalls.
2. Conduct regular quality audits to ensure adherence to established standards and identify areas for improvement.
3. Ensure that feedback from audits is effectively communicated and acted upon across relevant functions.
2. Continuous Improvement:
1. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of services provided.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
3. Monitor the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
3. Feedback and Action Integration:
1. Connect feedback from various sources and ensure it is integrated into the quality control framework.
2. Develop and maintain a system for tracking feedback and actions taken to address quality issues.
3. Ensure timely and effective remediation of identified issues.
4. Reporting and Documentation:
1. Prepare and present regular reports on quality audit findings, improvement initiatives, and remediation efforts.
2. Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality control processes, audit results, and improvement actions.
3. Ensure transparency and accountability in quality oversight activities.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration:
1. Work closely with stakeholders across functions to ensure alignment on quality standards and improvement goals.

Required Qualifications:
