Learning Enhancement Coordinator Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Learning Enhancement Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and ensuring an inclusive educational environment for all students.
* Liaising with students, parents, and staff to oversee the learning program of students with disabilities or additional needs;
* Collaborating with colleagues to develop suitable pedagogy to support students with diverse learning needs;
* Leading staff in the department at the individual campus;
* Overseeing departmental processes which align with the Response to Intervention model and the Disability Standards for Education;
The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with disabilities and a strong understanding of the principles of inclusive education. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and staff.
This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be required to work closely with the Director of Learning Enhancement and other members of the Learning Enhancement Team.
