Qualified tax professional with 10+ years’ experience in corporate tax advisory
Strong technical knowledge of Irish and international tax frameworks
Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
Commercially minded with the ability to contribute at leadership and strategy level
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting directly to the Managing Partner and forming part of the firm’s senior leadership team, this role will involve:
Leadership – Leading the firm's Tax function and setting the strategic direction for the department
Client Advisory – Delivering high-level tax advisory services to a portfolio of corporate clients
Business Development – Driving growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing relationships
Team Development – Mentoring and developing a team of tax professionals to build a high-performing function
Strategic Input – Contributing to firm-wide strategy and growth initiatives at Partner level
Market Presence – Representing the firm at industry events and building a strong external network
Collaboration – Working closely with other service lines to deliver integrated client solutions
