Breakfast Mid-Week Food Beverage Assistant

The Breakfast Food and Beverage Assistant will provide friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests. You will also meet experienced team members who can help you grow.

What You'll Need:
* Previous experience is essential.
* Flexibility in working hours as the role includes mornings
* Previous experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
* Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
* Micros experience would be preferable.
* Experience in a hotel is preferable.

Your Job:
* Monday to Friday 6.30/7.00 am to pm
* Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly, using their names.
* Ensure a good working knowledge of food and wine. Be able to make recommendations.
* Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
* Upsell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
* General cleaning of bar and restaurant.
* Served guests with food and beverage.
