Key Responsibilities
* Process and review mortgage applications from brokers and customers
* Handle broker and customer queries in a professional and timely manner
* Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with AML and regulatory requirements
* Support the wider mortgage team with daily operational and administrative tasks
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth progress from application to drawdown
Requirements
* Level 8 degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
* Experience in a broker or banking administrative/support role
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Interest in developing a long-term career within the mortgage and lending sector
* Willingness to pursue further professional qualifications and maintain CPD
