My client, a leading main contractor in Drogheda, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their large-scale housing project.
This role provides the opportunity to lead a significant development with a top-tier contractor and be part of a team with a strong pipeline of upcoming projects in the area.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager in the day-to-day management of the residential construction project.
Monitor and report on project progress, quality, and safety compliance.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure timely completion of works.
Support procurement of materials and manage site documentation.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations on site.
Project reporting and site meetings with stakeholders.
Requirements
Previous Site Management experience, preferably in the residential sector
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Knowledge of health & safety regulations.
